Pates Our pate ranges are from tried and tested recipes. Chicken Liver Pate made from locally produced Chicken, blended with herbs and seasonings, cooked and finished. To give variations on the original recipe, where necessary, we add to some Alcohol, Nuts, Wild Mushrooms, Cream. We also make Pheasant, Venison and Pork based pates.

For the vegetarians out there, try our Spinach with Sundried Tomatoes or Carrot and Corriander. We also have one fish based pate, a Smoked Salmon Pate made with the finest Scottish Smoked Salmon provided by specialist smokerie, Inverawe Smokehouses, Taynult, Argyle, Scotland.

Again, like all our products, we only use the finest ingredients to acheive the finest quality pate.
