Hams

We only buy locally. Fresh gammons are then prepared in Honey, Honey and Cinnamon or Cider and Juniper Berries. The berries are crushed to release the aroma and a slow cooking process in sealed cooking bag keeps all the flavour soaking into the meat. Once cooled the Hams are sold either sliced, halved or whole.

We can cook and supply Hams On The Bone, perfect for any deli counter, but we do need a little notice.
